We placed an order over the phone, they said it’d be 20 mins until the food was ready. We arrived 20 mins after the call, waited a few mins and asked where our order was. They hadn’t started it yet and it was at the back of the cue. They said they were going to prioritise it. We left and went back after 10 mins, asked again and they still hadn’t started the order. When I asked they said maybe another 20 mins.
Once we got the food, we left, got to our destination to find a few items of our order missing and ‘replaced’ with other stuff, without communicating it to us.
The fish were very nice but the lack of communication was very disappointing. I understand that they don’t want to turn customers away but just be honest and say a realistic time.

Fish nicely battered with crispicy crust.
Chips crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Reminds me of some of the best chips I ever made on my own. Nicely salted as well.

Especially since they refurbished this place the food has become even better than it used to be. It's also great to be able to order online now. Our orders are usually ready within a minute of us walking in the door,
